After placing an order w/ A&E Orienteering, Edie Smith wrote back (on 4/13/01, I just noticed the personal notes in the packing slip as I was going over my credit card payments): "Al had another rough bout in the hospital after the 2nd chemo (pneumonia both lungs), but came home last Monday. Very weak, but a bit better each day. We are optimistic. More chemo in about a month."
