I own a snorkasaurus named Dino and Baby Puss, the Flintstone family feline. I had to get rid of the saber-tooth tiger. She was hell on the furniture.

I have a petman...gives me lots of loving & you can take it anywhere. However, I think I would prefer a dog as they don't answer back and are cheaper to keep.

We''ve got three dogs, three cats, a dozen assorted tropical birds, 6 gerbils, a ferret, and a hermit crab. I've got a lot of fertilizer for the garden.

I have Miss Molly, a beautiful Saint Bernard who the shelter was going to put down, because of her temperment. Some one unfortuantely had dumped her in the desert, because she had a major hiatal hernia that they didn't wanna spend the money to fix, left her in the desert to fare for herself. As a result, she ran with the coyotes and learned the alpha order well. When I first went to the shelter, after a phone call to come and see, they had her muzzled to take her out into the open air. When I asked, they said, "just a precaution" and you could feel her distrust of humans. But when I treated her with love and affection on that first meeting, I could just feel that this dog was meant to come home. The shelter was so glad not have to put down another beautiful animal. To make a long story shorter, this lovely girl has been such a gift to my husband who is serverely disabled, I cannot begin to tell you. While I am gone 11 hours a day, she is the one he feels responsible for, so that he can feel someone relies on him, who in return, offers her affection freely and unconditionally. The magic of four legs, fur, and wet nose is not easily dimissed. It is critical to survival for more folks than anyone may relize. Hug your nearest furry friend for me, willya? And thank 'em for making this a better place to be. Unconditional love-what can be wrong with that?

Aunt Bee- You are a special sweety for giving that Saint Bernard a good home! We have rescued several dogs from the pound and they always turned out to be wonderful pets. We have 2 dogs( a rottweiler named Jolie & a 6 month old English Mastiff named Paddy O'Doyal who weighs 94 lbs. and is not an ounce overweight! Both good girls.

I have a pet rock named Sam, a former girlfriend who was into shopping at flea markets gave him to me as a gag gift but he has a window seat in my home office. He is my best pet, ever! So many uses, never messes up the carpet or begs at the table for scraps. He's so good that if I ever see another one, I'll get him a friend.

Hey Bob, I have a 9” Whippet that responds aggressively to female attention. Down through the years he has been responsible for putting me into some difficult situations but when called on, he always comes through. A great companion once trained.
