What's been going on while I've been gone?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Freedom! self reliance : One Thread

I've been frequenting CS forum less and less and noticing that 1 by 1, my respected peers were dropping off the face of the forum. I haven't been there for probably more than a month because I've been busy.

I logged in there tonight and found it about as bland as GERBER cereal except for the censorship forum that sent me here.

My question is, who all is here? How long have ya'll been here and what happened to cause this migration?

Well, it's a long and sordid tale that has been nearly completely covered up by use of the delete button on Dave and Ken's part. It all started because of a simple topic on the spy plane being detained in China and an Army Commander coming into that discussion and causing me to post a bunch of articles to support the allegation that the military was indeed being used against the citizens of the US, and some more things regarding the rise of global government and the ilk. You can find those here under government.

Now it seems that there shall be no discussion on politics or religion or silliness,or anything that might possibly have another vewipoint other than the one held by Ken the King, and Dave the Prime Minister.

As a result of the deletions of those posts and the resulting posts regarding censorship questions, and then anything that Dave and Ken didn't like, I started this forum and sent out about 25 invites. It is public and you do NOT need an invite to post here. So there's the Reader's Digest on "what happened". As to when...The forum started up on April 8th. It's small right now, but I think it will grow.

Nice to see you here, Laura!!! I've been wondering where you were.
