NEW YORK - Saudi billionaire terrorist Osama Bin Laden has obtained at least 20 nuclear weapons from Chechen rebels who have managed to steal them from Russian weapons depots, according to a new intelligence report.

The report published in Geostrategy-Direct.com, an intelligence newsletter, indicated that Osama's possession of nuclear devices was 'no longer a doubt.'

'The question is how many,' it said.

Quoting Russian and Arab intelligence sources, the report said the Saudi terrorist had a 'handful of tactical nuclear weapons', perhaps as many as 20.

It said 'both sides agreed' that he had managed to acquire the weapons by supporting the Chechen cause.

Interesting, if true.

Again, if the report is true, Bin Laden's reluctance to use any of these weapons must be based on his well-known policy of avoiding civilian casualties for ethical reasons.

This administration has less credibility than the last one. A remarkable achievement in 100 days. And a new track record, I believe.
