Computer question

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Poole's Roost II : One Thread

When I restarted my computer this afternoon the fonts on my web had changed -- they were much smaller. Apparently some new hardware was installed. I tried to change the fonts to the larger size in the Settings on the Control Panel, but it was humongous. Now they are fixed like this. Even though I tried going back to "smaller" fonts, the box in which you chage this went grey, like's is fixed, and I can't use it any longer. It just says "smaller," but it's not smaller. My fonts and icons are still humongous.

Can anyone help?

In I.E. go "View", ......"text size" and adjust to your preference there.

I don't use IE, but check your security settings, too. I know that when JavaScript is enabled in Netscape, some Web sites will booger my font settings; in fact, when I come back to this Web forum, the text is inky-dinky and wierd-looking. But in that case, a close and restart seems to heal it.
