i think that it is because they are all newbies which you need to take of them like babies.... I am not insulting them but i think that there are not enough experienced mages here in our guild. If we engaged in a guilds war, i think most of the newbies gonna die if they put their discription in.

Might be so...

I know who I can count on...there is a special list of members I keep.. :-) Last war against the Avengers, this list accounted for most of the kills before Arma including the death of their leader...During Arma, some of them accounted for all the kills...
