How can you coax overworked, web-shy teachers into taking advantage of the web?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Grady's school webmasters forum : One Thread

Most teachers already have too much on their plate. They've probably been told that the web will change education for all time. Learning how-to and then building their own web pages is daunting task. What can we do to support teachers who want to take advantage of the web?

Here at Morris Knolls in New Jersey - I teach teachers after school on how to make a web page - I get paid to teach - the teachers get paid to learn - and the time counts as we have to take 100 hours of learning every five years.
