Does anyone know who retired or any expected moves during the New York Annual Conf this week?

I was not there, but I do know that Presiding Elder William Freeman and Dr. Leroy Judge both retired.Dr.Freeman gave roughly 60 plus years of service to the Church. Dr. Judge pastored the same church for fifty years.

Presiding Elder Dixion has returned to the pastorate in the New Jersey Conference.Drs Mackey and Rutherford have been appointed to the Presiding Elderate. A number of pastoral changes took place in New York. Dr. Bailey transfered from New York to Philadelphia as a Presiding Elder.

With all of the moves, Bishop Ming has demonstrated that he believes in promoting and moving people. As I understand it, these appointments have been received well.
