Why does Poe refer to Annabels family as high-born kinsmen who bear her away from him after her even though he is her one true love?

In line 25-26 Poe says "the wind came out of the cloud by night, chilling and killing my Annabel Lee". Her family bore her away from him and shut her up in a sepulchre(tomb) because she was dead.

It is my opinion that Poe reguards Annabel Lee, who could be Virginia, his deceased wife, as so heavenly that he says that the angels are kin to her. They take her away fro him because they are jealous of the love that they share. That's what I get from it anyway.
