Someone has sent me this question and I've asked around but no one knows the answer......any idea's

Arsenal do it at least once in every 4 years,
Liverpool have done it the most.
Man Utd have never done it.
Everton did it once.
As a player Rio Ferdinad has done it the most.
And Duncan Ferguson the least.

No I haven't heard the answer yet.

Bud: it can't be the League Cup.....Rio Ferdinand (WHam?Leeds) has/have never won it. Moan United have won it, Everton have won it a couple of times if memory serves and you couldn't single Ferguson out as winning it least as there are thousands of players who have never won it.
