I have a AV Master Video Capture Card that can capture Video from VHS to MJPEG. I want to know if there are softwares that can make my AV Master capture Video to MPEG-1.

Despite anything anyone may have told you, and despite what your impressions are, AVOID capturing to MPEG-1 with a s/w codec when and if you can. Not with that AVMaster, anyway. This is if you do not want to degrade the already average quality MPEG-1 is capable of as it is. Capture to MJPEG with that AVMaster as usual then encode to MPEG-1 with TMPGenc.
