Just took a quick glance at one state, Maine, and see that it is grossly outdated in terms of targets. At least three of the military installations he shows -- Loring AFB and the Cutler and Winter Harbor comm/intel stations -- no longer exist. If Beach wants us to take this seriously, he better do more homework.
