What a nightmare

Could we have had a worse draft? I haven't graded out today's picks yet, but off of our 22nd ranking yesterday and not even knowing who 2 of our picks today were I think it's safe to say we probably had one of the 5 worst drafts of this season. Of course some will say you can't grade a draft for a few seasons, but I will say a draft is where you try to get the best bang for your buck. If we wanted this character out of Texas Christian or this Whothefuck out of Western Oregon we should have signed them as Rookie Free Agents and picked guys that other teams would draft therefore keeping us from having a chance to bring them in. I thought we also reached on all of our picks with the exception of Michael Bennett, although I think we would have done better taking Fred Smoot there. Dennis Green seems to pull this shit every year, he gets one or two successfull guys then starts a bunch of crappy guys and claims that he drafted a bunch of starters. The NFL has been down lately, but if it picks back up we are going to be left on the outside looking in with our horrible defense. This draft did nothing to help our D. Howard is not a pass rusher, Chumbawumba is a tweener, Both CB's are fast and afraid to make contact with anyone and this Horn Frog D-Lineman is another Manley or Robbins. If nothing else this draft just brings us one step closer to the total collapse that will end up ridding us of our Gang Green. I just hope McCombs doesn't take this team south when it all happens.
