I read the other threads, btw. At one point I thought well it IS wrong to gain money and scam IRS.

But ya know, some folks need to put down the stones. I am sure there are folks who have 'cheated' on taxes at one point or another, even a little, they simply wont admit it.

Now Jessee, I GOT a problem with that one. Dont ask why I just do.

Probably because many lives were lost in Scotts case, but created in Jesse's.

Maybe a lot of people have cheated on taxes, but how many have claimed to have created a tax-free charity and collected supposedly tax-deductable donations to fund their lifestyle? Not only did this guy cheat on his taxes, but so did everyone who donated money to him and wrote it off whether they would have cheated on their taxes or not. Scott lied to them and took their money on false pretense and put them on the wrong side of the law. This is much worse than any of Jackson's lies.
