I would like to know if a 45A Minolta color head fits a Beseler 45MXT motorized chasis?

Yes, the 45 A will fit onto any of the 45 series Beseler enlargers including the 45 MXT, MXII, MCRX, MX, and the 45 VXL. It will even fit onto the very old 45AF and 45H !
