Avi to Vcd Problems

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Video CD : One Thread

Sorry for consuming your time but i'm trying to make a vcd.... I decided to use a Chronos Video Shuttle II card and i do have some problems...

Once i Record a AVI file to from the card's software i see in playback that allthough it is written in good quality of video & sound i realise that there is no video & sound synchronization. Video moves not faster but infront of the sound recorded so the video ends before the sound (2-3secs difference)

Also when i record from Windows Movie Maker after 15" about of playback i see framings on the picture & the sound starts to slow down just like an old grammophone.

My computer consists of...: AMD K6-2 450MHz 3D Now! 64MB RAM 10GB HDD S3 3D/2X 4MB Craphics CARD Win ME edition Chronos Video Shuttle II

Sorry for your time but i do need some answers as i cannot solve the problem or suggest me a site that i could address to.. Send your answers to... noulikosmas@yahoo.com Thks a lot
