How long should one boil a goose egg for? Alternatively, do they scramble well or make good omlettes?

just like a chicken egg, only diff is the size,, the taste is close to a farm fresh chicken egg. The only egg I have noticed a differance was a turtle egg,, that was weird tasting

Ditto for me. I've always cooked them the same as chicken eggs. Only difference I've noticed in goose and duck eggs is the white seems thicker and more gooey.

Hi Melissa, My parents used to own ducks and geese. My mother made the best pound cakes using their eggs! She used the same number of eggs that the recipe called for. The cakes were so rich and everyone wanted to know her secert.
