What's An 'Average' Hurricane?

Hurricane season is eight weeks away, and the nation's leading storm forecaster is worried predictions of an "average" season will cause people to let their guards down. There's concern the microbe that causes Johne's disease, a contagious animal disease, could be passed to humans via contaminated milk. The remains of Confederate sailors were found at their posts aboard the Hunley, the Civil War submarine raised recently by archaeologists. And Germany is threatening to launch cyberattacks on U.S. and other Web sites that aid German neonazis.
