Deportivo boss slams Djalminha ^top HOT-HEADED Brazilian star Djalminha has been warned to "change his attitude or steps will be taken" by Deportivo boss Javier Irureta.

The midfielder, who has been dismissed seven times in less than three seasons with the club, received his latest marching orders during Sunday's clash at Zaragoza, leaving 10-man Deportivo to struggle on before losing the game 2-1.

Irureta was understood to be keen to sell Djalminha last season before being overruled by club president Augusto Cesar Lendoiro and the Depor's boss' patience is now wearing even thinner.

"Djalminha has got to change his attitude because it's affecting the team. Either we're always going to be scared of how he'll react or we'll have to take steps. We have to make him realise that his attitude is all wrong," he said.

WHILE IRURETA recognised that the 30-year-old maverick had been on the receiving end of some heavy-handed treatment beforehand, he said: "Djalminha must be made to see sense, I can't accept him taking the law into his own hands.

"I played First Division football for 13 seasons and I got kicked a lot. However, I never got sent off."

Can he kick with his left foot? Does he have great crossing abilities? Has he got terific pace? Can he speak English? Can he take fantastic free kicks? And will he mind playing in the frozen wastelands of new car sell? If not bring back Ginola
