Hate is a very dangerous thing! It has a bad habit of backtracking. For eight years, we Republicans spread as much hate as we possibly could about President Clinton. To make it worse, we have done so with arrogance. Clinton's personal conduct was deplorable, but it was not his conduct we hated, it was the butt kicking he gave us at the poles. Like spoiled brats we inflated the egos and bank accounts of people like Rush Limbaugh, Jerry Falwell, and Ken Starr. We turned these obscure men into Republican heroes. The cost was never a consideration, we just wanted revenge!
