I have a pinnacle mp10 for creating vcd . How can I optimize by setting my computer and how can I optimizing "performance parallel port"

Since the Pinnacle MP10 captures video and converts in real time to MPEG-1 before storing that on the PC, there is not much to optimize. Typically, we optimize the settings for: 1) hard disk speed / memory usage 2) encoder settings for quality MP10 is a hardware encoder which is FIXED.
