Now HERE'S a (pet related) challenge !

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Junkyard Wars : One Thread

We've got a managerie of various species of pets around our house. One (goes by the name "spud") is particularly finicky about what it likes to eat, how much sun it wants to bask in and who gets to scratch its back.

Here's the challenge.... try to get a turtle to smile !!

Any suggestions, you junkyard fanatics???

Don't let "spud" around Lyn or he'll try to stuff the poor thing in the destroyer!

Indeed, a turtle can be made to smile quite easily but it involves fishing hooks, string and a blow torch. It's not a big favorite of animal rights activists but it can be done. Just kidding, anything to liven up my e-mail, no responce from RDC and I'm going crazy!!!!

There's an easier way, guys: Just start telling it dirty frog jokes.

If anyone has seen 'Truth About Cats & Dogs', how about sticking your finger up it's bottom. That'll make the little buggar smile.

I can honestly say I'm not- nor will ever be- THAT interested in seeing a turtle (or anything else) smile.
