...why not reschedule that trip to the Far East for PRE-season instead of post season.

The Ronnie are saying that is being considered if we don't get into the Dorothy and Toto cup.

All together now boys and girls.....

Will --- we --- never --- learn?

Ciara,

I thought you'd know the answer to that question. NUFC management is pathologically incapable of learning from it's mistakes, no matter how big.

BTW, according to The Journal this morning they are working on a pre-season trip to the West coast of the USA and Canada.

Love how the Journal and Ronnie are owned by the same company, yet continue to post conflicting stories. LOL

Though China isn't all that far from Seattle. Perhaps they're planning to use the West coast as a stopover. ;-))

Well actually ciara, the Journal also carried the story about there being serious doubts over the Far east trip. The US/Canada pre-season trip was being arranged in addition to that to the Far East - thereby ensuring all our players were either injured or utterly knackered by the start of the season so that they could finish off the job they have begun so spectacularly well this season.

Ahhhh...so there is a method to the madness.

...yep, it's all part of a cunning masterplan.

Bad idea to have the far east trip pre-season. We did that 5 years ago and ended up playing in Japan in 30 degree heat and 90% humidity 7 days before a minor competition at Wembley where we got well and truly hammered by NH

But after that.....................would anybody swap then for now???

You've all clearly forgotten that this is but one part of The Toon's three-part Masterplan to prevent Manure's global domination.
To refresh your memories, the cunning Masterplan revealed some time ago is as follows:

1) they're talking to an American blerk (Lamarr Hunt) about some sort of marketing co-operation with his Cleveland based footy club.
2) they're considering buying a bankrupt footy club in Oz.
3) they're thinking about another pre-season trip to the Far East (now apparently abandoned)

Don't tell me your not impressed? I'll bet Manure are just sh*tting themselves!

Columbus!

Anyway, looks like a good plan to me. Global domination next season. ;-))

Yeh ciara - I seem to remember getting that wrong last time as well.
Substituting Columbus for Cleveland puts everything into clearer focus - whow, what a Plan!

Just making sure we don't make any mistakes that could hamper our chance at domination ;-)
