How about Livestock and how about something about sustainability of small farms/homesteads. I'm not sure what to call it but I was thinking along the lines of those things that affect us such as laws that are being proposed that hurt the small farmer/homestead and the current stuff on BSE and foot and mouth, etc. Maybe farm/homestead production issues or whatever you think. I'm not wedded to any particular title for it. I'm also thinking of income generation as a category and maybe that would cover what I was trying to express because most of those issues would hit us in the pocketbook. Those are my thoughts for now. And thanks for putting this up.

I sure enjoy the over the fence catagory on the other forum - it's kind of neat to keep track of what folks in different regions of the country are doing. Maybe a getting-to-know-you catagory for introducing us to each other?
