Hhmm.. I'm not sure what the exact problem is... PCM, from what I know, is a Windows WAV file format. Have you tried clicking on PCM file or opening it in a Windows Media Player? Try using a program called Cool Edit and see if it recognizes it, if so then save it as a PCM WAV file. Then take a program like CDEX or AudioCatalyst and convert it into an MP3. But I don't know what that DTS file is for... It sounds familiar though. Well, the person that extracted the audio should've converted himself into a WAV format. Well, I hope I've helped somewhat. :P

You can't do anything with DTS files. It's a type of surround sound that competes with Dolby Digital. There are no known programs that can convert it, although some company makes an expensive (something like $500) program that can burn DTS compatible audio CDs and I suppose you could do that with the files if you wanted to. PCM is an uncompressed audio format and I think it's the same thing as WAV.
