yea, i'm an old fart too...i was listening to art bell last night and ramona (his wife) was peeing her panties because she could see it. get this, art cut off the radio show in stride, played some songs instead, so he could go outside and see it too. i live in so cal and couldn't see it because of ground light. but for it to appear in southern nevada is pretty impressive...

The power went off in my neighberhood last nite at 8:10 EST for 45 min. When I called in the outage to the pwr company, they asked if I had seen a flash of light outside at the time of the outage. She said other people were claiming to have seen something. My blinds were drawn. I had not seen any such thing.

In fact I didn't even know there was a Northern Lights Show last nite. Bummer, I've never seenm them. "They" should play some synchronized musical accompanyment so I would know to watch.

Ya think my power failure had any connection to the NL? Ya think California is tapping in?
