Hi, thanx for the repsonses, we have a had some lambs born with the swollen throats and we have had the salt block in for about 10 days and we have had the loose salt in for about a week, the vet we talked to said that it might help in 2-3 days but it hasn't seem to make any difference, we haven't tried the iodine spray under the tail, the ewes look healthy, Will try iodine spray on ewe's and lambs - thanx again for all your help and if you think of anything else, please send it to me thanx.
