OK, why is sex outside of marriage a rebellion against God.

First, it breaks one of God's commandments.

If you are asking why God has forbode sex outside of marriage you will need to ask God yourself someday. God does not give us reasons for everything in His will he would have us do while here on Earth. He is my Lord. I know He loves you and me in spite of our mistakes and wants us to obey Him to show that we love Him too.
