Yo Doc,

I'm what is commonly known as a 'backslider'. Though I'm in a process towards getting back to where this person used to be.

But to address your point: there is such a thing as 'righteous indignation'. Not all anger is misdirected.

See John 2:13-17.

Clinton death list witnesses? Most of them are dead already, most by very suspicious circumstances.

That doesn't encourage the rest to come forward, now does it.

I'll say this.....if you're still a Clinton supporter, your morals are lower than whale poop. And that's at the bottom of the ocean.

Keep it up Chicken and a rubber room maybe in your future.

8 years and a suspicious BJ, and you "actually" think a bunch of potential murder witnesses exist? Y2k doom zombies were one thing, thinking Clinton some murderer is well, bonkers-bananas. Guy is a worm, but murderer? May even have peddled some blow in Ark, but murderer?

I am all for looking at conspiracy theories. Unfortunately the Clinton List thing is as lame a CT as it gets.

A bunch of you people need to GET OVER IT already.

Chicken Little, it isn't a little thing, it isn't frivolous. Medical care, serious, situations where decisions over wheather a patient lives, that physically damage a person to the so they loose the ability to make a living, medical "care" that is influenced by the doctors perception of the patients "worth" to society should have safeguards attached. Do you see doctors being overwhelmed by lawsuits over a hangnail? When a doctor is paid to use his/her ability to make a patient better, yet allows personal bias to effect his decision as to the course of treatment (or lack thereof), then there should be recourse for the patient who is denied adaquate treatment and suffers because of it. I know this first hand, not just one instance, or two. But many, many times. Should a Man 79 years old be denied simple treatment which would prolong his life, just because of his age? Not expensive complicated treatment, but simple, easily administered treatment? Should a woman who tells her doctor about the pain in different areas of her body be mocked by her doctor who tells her she is exagerating and refuses to check any of the areas, and sends her home as a difficult patient, have no recourse when it is discovered a short time later that each area she mentioned was cancerous? Should she be placed in a hospital where she is infused with morphine which is increased daily to the point where she is too drugged to eat or drink and lies there for 8 days and dies, when a balanced method of pain relief could allow her to live longer?

How about a surgen who makes the mistake of sewing up a major vein in the process of a common surgical proceedure which over time builds scar tissue resulting in a complete disability preventing the patient from making a living? Especially when the patient alerted the surgen to the problem from the beginning. Should the patient be denied compensation for lost wages? Should the patient live a life of poverty and physical disability and pain and with no compensation? Is this a frivolous complaint which, if taken to court asking for compensation for a ruined future, fall under the umbrella of a frivolous lawsuit?
