Its great fun at the minute......by the end of my first week of freedom I'll have made four hospital visits to two hospitals fifteen miles apart, one for a skin problem and one for a trapped cyatic(sp) nerve and trapped cluster nerve surrounding it.....two of the visits are on the same afternoon,

Friday - 12.30 (St Thomas' in Westminter) for sun light treatment and then the tube back round here to be at Hillingdon Hospital physiotherapy by 3.30 to be 'strectched' on the rack and heat treament to try and free the nerve.

Ah well, back to getting the setting sorted out on this PC.

Thanks Val.......the birthday greetings are not belated, its actually today (Thursday) - although it is only just Thursday over here (1.15am).

I'm about to get off to my bed so that I can enjoy lots of the day when the kids and wife are around later.
