A great bicycle racing event in Redlands this weekend. I'll be racing Sunday morning in the Category 5 at 11:50 a.m. and then in the 40+ Category at 3:30. These are criterium races: a short .65 mile loop around downtown Redlands (start/finish line at Citrus). These are races sponsored by the United States Cycling Federation. However, there is an international race for pros going on since last Tuesday. The last event will also be on Sunday: a road race looping around the hills in north Redlands. Top European and American teams are participating... should be exciting to watch.
