Please make it not - this comedians name does keep cropping up, and I believe he's free at the end of the season. However, isn't everyone effectively free at that point?

IMO, this is the not the standard of player we should be looking at bringing in - does anyone at SJP really believe Unsworth is better than Hughes, Dabz or Caldwell? Surely not.

This rumour was doing the rounds at KP when the esorves played the Toffees. As Clarky says, it won't go away :-(

Now you're just being inconsistent. You asked for English players so they ignore the dirty foreigners and try to get you a commanding centre half from Chorley. He's notched up 27 goals in 278 appearances and has even scored for Newcastle this season - which is more than most of our existing defenders have managed. As far as I'm concerned this is wonderful news and should be endorsed by us all wearing flags of St George underpants and booing all our foreign players. So long as Mrs Unsworth prefers Newcastle to Birmingham we should be alright. My Grandfather would have been proud, he often told me that "Wogs begin in Calais and end in Newfoundland".

But I don't wear underpants, and I prefer to kick foreigners.
