BUILD A DUMPTRUCK! Use a coal loader (like for a steam train) to fill truck and make a relay out of it (ie. each person drops a load at a designated spot, then drive back to loader, etc.).

good idea, I thought of it several weeks ago, this and a cement truck. Am sure someone else probably tought of it before us, it is difficult to come up with something new.
