---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------- FYI. Since there was so much interest in the local St. Louis web site competition, I thought I would share information on an international competition which is still accepting entries. The deadline is April 1 if you are interested.

Your web site does not have to have an international focus. Look through the different categories offered to see where your site might fit. The entry form has quite a few open-ended questions, so you might want to print it out and think about your response before submitting online.

It also appears to be a valid worthwhile organization, who is asking for help in spreading the word of the contest. If interested, the URL is:

The list of winners is at http://www.stlwebdev.org/awards/winners00.html

Details of the competition are at http://www.stlwebdev.org/awards/

And photos of the event are at http://www.stlwebdev.org/awards/2000awardspics.html (I don't have all the names for everyone in the photos, so if you know anyone I missed, please let me know.)

And believe it or not, we're already planning for a bigger and better event next year!

The STLWebDev hosts these awards, so the URL at the bottom of all the list emails is where you want to go. Go to this link and take a look at the "What's New?" section.
