Attention lads and lasses. Just been down to the Assembly Rooms near the Central Station to donate some blood. Got a nice cup of tea and some biccies (and an hour off work) and can get run over by a bus with a clear conscience. Went through the full Hancock "that's half an arm!" routine as it would have been rude not to :-)
