Just wanted to thank you all for your kind condolences and support. They have meant a great deal to me. How strange (and wonderful) that people I have never met have become such close friends and confidants.

I`d also like you to know that one very special person on this BBS has been particularly kind. Without hesitation or fuss, and with the kindest words of support, he helped make it possible for Dad to be remembered in his tiny local parish church last Sunday. This little church has great significance to us, and I can`t begin to tell you what this meant to me, or what tremendous comfort it gave to the family up there who couldn`t get down for the funeral.
