SIA plane aborts take-off in London by Wong Siew Ying In response to queries from Channel NewsAsia, Singapore Airlines has said in a statement that flight SQ 319 travelling from London to Singapore on Thursday, March 8, had to terminate take-off after the captain noticed that one of the engines was not functioning properly.

All passengers were transferred to another SIA flight for their trip to Singapore.
