Whitcomb Locomotive 0.4.0 Diesel

Good Day,

My name is Frank and I study Journalism in The Netherlands. Right now, I am working on a story of a Whitcomb Locomotive 0.4.0 Diesel. It was built in 1943 (type number 5DM19B and serial number 40311) and was supposedly used in the North of France after the second world war. It now rests in a Dutch small line museum. I'd like to trace the locomotive's where-abouts up 'till there. Does anyone know anything about this locomotive?
