I was feeling a bit weak yesterday, and this morning i felt like i had been run over. I slept most of the day and i still feel weak and my stomach is upset too.

I tried some Chamomile tea. That stuff tastes NASTY!! :P

But it does seem to have calmed my stomach enough to eat some soup. I hope this doesn't last very long. I'd hate to be sick on Xmas day.

I came in from the barn yesturday, and was coughing from the pit of my stomache, my throat was scratchy, I could just feel the nasties trying to get me....I took 4 encheas and a couple more in a few hours....voila...I am fine today, just tired as I have been up since 5am!!!

So sorry to hear of your loss. While we may not understand why certain things are, we can try to remember and believe that things happen for a reason, even if we cannot fathom it.

Take joy in the moment, and remember, try to accept that which we cannot control. To do otherwise only causes us hurt, and is detrimental to our own well-being.

I know it is difficult to accept the loss of someone dear to you, and to have someone say things like what I wrote above is not very comforting at first. But, as time continues, you will come to point where you can deal with things. We each have our own ways and speed. I wish you well on your life journey.

Thank you for the uplifting words. So humble are those words...they do not cover what I am feeling right now.. It is so nice to know someone cares. "when we feel alone,who moved?" Barefoot...I try to be accepting of physical death...it gets hard. Last year I lost 5 members of my family,including my oldest son. [had already lost a son and daughter in infancy] It does get easier as time is the best healer. We hold on to memories that help. It is OUR ego that wants not to let go. As we move more into the "love stage" [the Aquarian era} we will be able to see love in everything and our ego will not play into it. Blessings to all! LOL,CB34
