What are the un-written rules of hockey fights. I know you are not supposed to go after a player at the end of a shift, are there many more rules like this that the players follow?

1. Nobody picks on your team's top players. 2. Always drop your stick. 3. When the other guy turtles (covers up), he's had enough. 4. When the referee breaks up the fight, it's over. 5. Celebrating after winning a fight is bad form.
