Hospital etc and thank yousgreenspun.com : LUSENET : Unofficial Newcastle United Football Club BBS : One Thread |
After usual delays and prevarications, I should be going into hospital tomorrow. With any luck, it'll only be for a few days. It's being done privately through my work PPP so with any luck, I'll be able to log on now and then. Anyway, I wanted publicly to thank Screach and Dr Bill for their very good advice and practical help during what has been an awful few weeks. Absolutely top people. Thanks also to everyone else who posts on here for keeping me smiling...

Brain transplants, hey hey. We'd have been doing them years ago, only the anaesthetists can't work out which body to wake up afterwards. Boom boom.Isn't it an interesting sociological observation that every group has a supposedly intellectually challenged minority that they tell off-colour jokes about. No? OK, coat, hat, can't find the door...
All the best, Dougal.

Thank you for all the good wishes everyone: I'll come back firing on cylinders and wittering about pointless possession (unless I get an optimism gland implanted while I'm there..)

So how did the brain transplant go? Have you had your "Ciara Cookie" removed yet? I'm sure medical science will progress more now that they have you "under observation".Good luck hinney.
