How about cargo movers. Each team has to build a vechile that can pick up, load, and haul cargo from one area and drop(deliver it) in another. Make an obsticle course where each team member has to pick up one palette of items and drop it at the next location. Then the next team member gets in drives to the next pickup location and so on. I figure that there's at least 3 different ways to power it (hydrolic, pneumatic, and pulley/cable), and a few pickup options (conveyor, forklift, and retractable arms(pair of arms that close in on the palette).

Just trying to think of something I haven't seen mentioned here. If it has, I'm sorry!
