Hi,

My question is not directly related to VideoCD... but i want to have WinOnCD running to be abble to create Photo Album on VideoCD..

I try to get WinOnCD working with my HP USB CD-Writer, but can't get it.

I've already: -re-installed a Clean version of Win98SE -installed ONLY the HP drivers ( no DirectCD, CopyCD software) -installed WinONCD -installed latest HP Drivers -installed Latest WINONCD patch.

But WinOnCD is steel Crashing when i start it.

If i install the OOTB version of APIX.VXD then i get from WInOnCD: NO SCSI host adapter found But WinOnCD started !!!!!!!

Any suggestion, help is welcome.

if you got VIA chipset you need the USB filter patch

Hi Kevin, Yes i have a Mother Card for a AMD Athlon with a Via Chipset.

So you suggest that i install aUSB filter patch .. What's the purpose of this patch ?? Do you know where i could get it ?? Thanks for your help Gilou

1. install the 4-in-1 patch (if you havent already)

2. install the USB filter patch

reboot and all will be well again
