I was wondering if you could build a self-propelled off-road skateboard.

To race throw a bumping,mudey track and have some fun!!!!!

So, um, would off-road rocket powered roller skates be right out? (I just got a pair from ACME- They're coyote tested and road runner approved.) I admit it would be entertaining to see almost any alleged adult from the teams we've seen so far attempt to ride a gas-powered off-road skateboard, but I have to say: I think it would make for a very short race- unless you count the trip to the hospital!
