System: HP w/700MHz Celeron, 255MB RAM, 20GB HD, Pinicle's Studio DC10 Plus board.

Operating System: Windows ME

Capture Settings: 640X480, 3200 kbyte/sec, 16-bit stereo, 44.1kz.

Problem: I have used these settings and system for about 5 months now and have had no problems using TMPGEnc-12, 12a, and 12b with the standard templates and those provided by Mr. McLenna in making VCD's. When I tried to us 12c I had problems. When loading an avi file that was captured using my DC10 plus system into the video source I get a black screen. This occurs whether I load the template before or after loading the video source. Then when I press start to encode the video the system gives an error message and closes down TMPGEnc-12c.

However, when I use VirtualDub using the same capture card and the same settings 12c accepts the avi file with no problems.

Is there a fix so I can continue to use the DC10 system with TMPGEnc-12c?
