Does this group of - in my opinion - cowboys still exist? Does anyone know much about them in terms of repossession stories? Thanks.

They sure do exist. They became part of First Active Financial plc who are now a subsidiary of Britannic Assurance plc, which is I think is now changed to Britannic Money plc ?

Check out 'success story 1'. I should know as, to paraphrase Carly Simon,'you probably think this story's about you'. Well, it is, and you would be truly unfortunate to come across a more useless, idle, incompetant bunch of saddleswanglers this side of Dodge City.

They are certainly now known as First Active - I am still being chased by the and their legal cronies after 10 years and now being threatened with bankruptcy, despite the fact that they have not given me the info I've asked for and not answered any of my questions! Their letters are full of inaccuracies, spelling mistakes etc.

Arrearscon? OK, email me and I'll help. Although I've settled my claim I'm still fighting on my ex-wifes behalf (don't ask). Email gets my phonenumber, and we'll take it from there.
