To Benny & Doug: Don't forget the monuments down on Water Avenue near the Masonic Lodge - also the plaques on the two pillars going onto Arsenal Place - the UDC monument on Range Line Road honoring Rev. Small, Mr. Philpot and Mr. Minter.

Doug, That is an old fountian that was used to water horses, it was moved prior to the renovation to the St. James and then returned. BA

old fountain

If the old fountain has a plaque or is dedicated to any person or thing lets include it in the list because it was re-erected.

Charles, If the Mayor builds the eight wonder of the world and sets the General atop I have a second person to file under ADA, my mother in-law. She has had hip replacement, requires a cane, and recieves disability. BA

Great

That is great the more potential plaintiffs the merrier, would be nice to have 15-20 or even a lot more on the ADA suit, this is looking like our golden straw to break the mayors back.

On a personal note, I for one could not see the Monument if it is moved as suggested, which is not fair for Perkins to move the monument from a place I could enjoy to a place I could never reach.
