Ok, the idea is to move the stuff we don't want to lose, not everything....

I taught you how to move threads intact today, OG knows how to manage catagories, edit, delete, etc., something I'm still figuring out...

We're building our bugout bags... let's work together and share our strengths. Hope we never need them, but hope we're not out in the cold without them either...

Sorry, have had too many late nights, had to crash around 12:30. Was thinking we could just use the old Preps forum for stashing preps info. The categories are already set up, doubt that Russ will mind.

Admins can make categories by going into admin side http://www.greenspun.com/bboard/admin-challenge.tcl?topic=Current%20Ne ws and opening a thread. Then click on the Q&A link in the second choice under Daily Tasks. You'll see a list of threads. Click on one. Above the thread, you'll see a box which is labeled "Set Category." With this you can either change or create a category. Please confine categories to the ones we use at Currents.

Before we go any further--I don't think there's any point in the method of copying as done so far because it's just a hotlink to Currents. If ezboard goes down, those posts will disappear into the ozone. Cutting and pasting seems to be the only option, unless someone knows another way.
