Snowblowers or snowplows

Snowblowers! Snowplows!

You really don't need snow for them. Sand would work just as well, and given there is lots of sand, a snowblower or snowplow would have a very tough time getting through it.

For a snowblower, a vehicle to propel the blower and itself. A neighbour build a snowblower using a furnance fan mounted inside a v-shaped blade that in turn was mounted on the 3 point hitch of his tractor.

For a snowplow, a v-shaped blade or a straight blade set at an angle? To make things tough require the teams to also mount a wing blade on one of the sides of the vehicle.
