Daylab 35 vs Daylab 35 Plus

greenspun.com : LUSENET : polaroid transfers : One Thread

I'm planning on buying either the Daylab 35 or the Daylab 35 Plus. I understand the price difference rests in the ability of the Plus to crop and enlarge(?), and it's ability to print to 4x5 and 8x10 formats. I don't know however if a) the Daylab 35 requires the additional purchase of a film holder for the 669 film (or does 669 not need it?), b) because of the small size of the prints do most artists prefer to save longer to purchase the Plus? and c) does the cropping/enlarging enabled by the Plus result in funny borders when cropped images are transferred? Thank you for any help you can provide. lmatsuda@vianow.com
